Dr. Anthony Jude de Silva
Group Managing Director

Dr. de Silva has over 35 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry including international projects for the United Nations as a Senior Export in over 40 countries. Dr de Silva has held senior  strategic consultancy roles for major telecom groups across the globe and has done extensive strategy and planning consultancies with major carriers and governments across  South-East Asia.

Dr. de Silva is currently leading the ASEAN broadband initiatives for the governments of the 10 ASEAN member countries. He is also the Managing Director of Telsoft Pty Ltd.

Dr. de Silva owns properties in the rural town of Boorowa NSW and has been operating sheep, cattle and cropping enterprises for over 30 years. Dr. de Silva is a founding director of Wool Connect, a group of wool growers who have been pioneering adding value to the wool produced and marketing higher up the value chain.

Dr. de Silva is a thought leader in understanding the new value chains in Digital and Precision Agriculture and the use of Software-Defined Networks. He is currently conducting research into the use of Blockchain in Agriculture in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force Academy and the Australian Research Council.

David Nash Bachelor Electronic Engineering, UTS Sydney

With over 40 years’ experience in the ICT Industry including over 30 years with Telstra in constructing, managing and designing networks in regional NSW.  David understands the challenges and complexities of constructing and operating rural networks. David has also been involved in consulting, designing, marketing and operating large scale Enterprise networks, major IT projects and Data Centers in Australia.

Malcolm Moore Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, UTS Sydney
Chief Engineer

With over 35 years’ experience in the ICT Industry, initially with Telstra including: Rural and major telecommunications equipment research, maintenance and network planning, operations, support and practices; then Telstra’s National Network Investigations: re-engineered national Voice band Standards, and guided the development of Digital Network Fraud Analysis / Systems.  In Nortel, Malcolm worked in Sales & Marketing for Alternate Operators; and in Market Clarity he consulted on competing Broadband network coverage.  With Silcar, he supervised the rebuild of Telstra’s Sydney metropolitan HFC Broadband infrastructure.

Ian Dunstan
Head of Construction

Ian has over 35 years experience in the Civil Construction Industry as Managing Director of a premier Civil Construction Company.

Ian has completed major contracts in telecommunications installation, Civil Works in the Mining sector, HDD Drilling, Solar Farm Installation and Civil Works.  Ian has installed thousands of kilometres of Fibre Optic Cable across rural and remote locations throughout Australia.  His involvement covers network design, landowner engagement, mechanical installation, splicing and connectivity.
